Name of the beneficiary: Ditusz Ipari Szolgáltató Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (Ditusz Industrial Services Limited Liability Company)

Subject and objective of the development: Development of AI-based software at Ditusz Kft. for industrial humidification and monitoring

Grant amount: HUF 34,945.940

Funding rate: 70 %

Project ID: DIMOP_PLUSZ-1.1.2/A-24-2025-00280

Project description:

The project focuses on developing an intelligent data collection and fault prevention system that helps improve the efficiency of manufacturing processes through real-time processing and AI-based analysis of equipment operating data. This development is particularly important in the automotive electronics industry, where maintaining appropriate environmental conditions is essential for high-quality production. The new system will enable the introduction of predictive maintenance, anticipating potential equipment failures in place of the traditional reactive approach. This will reduce unplanned downtime, lower operating costs and improve production reliability. As part of the development, a comprehensive data management and analytics infrastructure will be established to support continuous system optimisation through the processing of sensor data. The investment will contribute to the technological advancement of Ditusz Kft., strengthen its market competitiveness and create opportunities for the company to enter new industrial sectors with its innovative solutions.

Supporting Ditusz Kft. in adapting to modern business and production challenges

Project ID: GINOP-1.2.8-20-2020-01562

Project title: Supporting Ditusz Kft. in adapting to modern business and production challenges

Contracted grant amount: HUF 8,421,705

Actual project completion date: 29 October 2021

Funding rate: 70%

Overview of the project:

The equipment acquired enables the company to carry out its manufacturing and installation work with significantly greater efficiency and precision. The CAD tools support the design and manufacture of equipment developed in-house. The manufacturing tools enable higher-quality production. Professional training for employees was also required alongside these investments. Our operational efficiency is substantially enhanced by our ability to create both mechanical and electrical designs and documentation using state-of-the-art, highly efficient digital engineering solutions (Solid Edge and a workstation). Manufacturing and installation using our own high-quality equipment significantly reduce operating costs and eliminate the need for ongoing equipment rental and the involvement of subcontractors.

Project completion date: 30 September 2021

Project ID: 2020-1.1.1-KKV-START-2020-00144

Project description:

Ditusz Kft. was established in 2006. The company is wholly Hungarian-owned and is the only domestic manufacturer in the evaporative cooling market. It manufactures and installs evaporative cooling and humidification equipment designed and developed in-house, offering an innovative approach to air conditioning for both industrial and agricultural applications. The aim of this project was to develop a next-generation, AI-based central electronic control unit for an integrated industrial humidification and evaporative cooling system.

The supporting control units, organised into a structured network, work together to provide a high level of automated operation of the system’s mechanical components, based on measured parameters, predefined process control rules and technological requirements.

As a result of the development, the quality, capabilities and range of functions offered by our products will improve significantly, time to market will be reduced, and new markets can be reached more efficiently. The development will strengthen our competitiveness and enable us to maintain and further improve our market position. This will provide greater stability and predictability, as well as opportunities to create additional jobs.
